The Maintenance Technician is responsible for maintaining the property in a safe, attractive and comfortable condition. This individual will maintain relationships with other service staff, residents and vendors.
Some key responsibilities will include providing the highest level of customer service,make regular inspections of grounds and buildings as part of a preventative maintenance plan, complete service requests and assist with the apartment make-ready process.
The maintenance technician reports directly to the maintenance supervisor.
