you will quote homes and autos, enter data, and play an essential role on the Summit Ag team.
Job Duties :
Attain a Property & Casualty Insurance Producer's license - This person will study and pass the test within the first 2-4 weeks of employment.
All expenses related to earning your license will be covered by Summit Ag.Utilize several auto and home quoting systems to determine the best option for clientsScan and sort physical client files to electronic systemSubmit claims and update corresponding Claims Tracking SpreadsheetCommunicate with clients to attain updated informationSeek out pain points and provide recommendations for areas of improvement in coveragePerform assigned duties ensuring accuracy, effectiveness, and efficiency with all policies and tasksDemonstrate a professional company image and outstanding customer service
Job Qualifications :
Strong written and verbal communication skillsAttention to detail is a mustMust have general knowledge of Microsoft ExcelAssociate or Bachelor's degree is preferredBasic knowledge of agricultural / farming is preferredAbility to work independently as well as a part of a large teamHave a great attitude and be a life-time learner!
Compensation : $15.00 - $19.00 per hour
