We are hiring for a Client Technologies Specialist in Augusta, Maine. As a Client Technologies Specialist, you will be responsible for providing exceptional technical support to end users. In this role, you will be tasked with troubleshooting computer hardware issues, resolving printer problems, and maintaining printer supplies to ensure that our end users can continue to work efficiently.
In addition to providing technical support, you will also be responsible for documenting trouble tickets, managing printers, and providing excellent customer service. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills, strong attention to detail, and the ability to manage their time effectively.
To be successful in this role, you must be proficient in Windows 10 and have experience working with printers. You should also possess excellent data entry skills, be comfortable working with customers, and have a demonstrated ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
