    Responsibilities:

    As a Sales Manager, your role will encompass the following key responsibilities:

    Qualifications:

    We seek an experienced sales professional with a deep background in AV and IT solutions for medical congresses. The ideal candidate will possess a unique blend of technical expertise and formidable sales skills.

    • Proven experience in sales or business development in the area of AV services.
    • An excellent technical understanding and ability to learn and adapt to new technologies.
    • Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with a natural ability to connect with people from diverse backgrounds.
    • A bachelor's degree in business, engineering, or a related field is preferred.
    • Having prior experience in the field of medical conferences will facilitate the task at hand.
    • Willingness to travel frequently to meet clients and attend industry events.
    • Self-motivated, results-oriented, and able to work independently as well as part of a team.
    • Excellent negotiation and presentation skills, with the ability to influence decision-making processes.

    • Twenty-five (25) paid days off per year. This includes 10 public holidays. The rest is available for vacation, illness or other personal needs. From the 3rd year onwards, the paid time off credit increases. Your length of service is calculated based on your original hiring date.
