    The Role:

    We are seeking a dynamic and results-oriented Customer Relationship Manager/ Success Manager to join our team. At this role, you will be responsible for managing and nurturing client relationships, ensuring client satisfaction, and driving business growth.

    Job Location : USA (Pacific Time Zone)

    Responsibilities :

    1. Client Relationship Management:
      • Develop a deep understanding of clients' businesses, industries, and challenges to provide tailored solutions and services, and align the strategic growth plan of the company with that of the customer.
      • Accountable and responsible for building and maintaining a strong and long-lasting relationships within the assigned clients throughout all level including the C level suite.
      • Conduct regular face to face check-ins with clients to discuss ongoing projects, address concerns, and gather feedback working closely key customer stakeholders.
    2. Mining and Revenue Growth:
      • Responsible for ensuring retention with a steady growth of 20% YOY.
      • Collaborate with the Pre-sales, practice and delivery teams to identify opportunities for pitching in new products, accelerators or services to the accountable clients.
      • Responsible for presenting or assisting or submitting RFP s, RFI s , proposals, contract submissions or renewals including solution definition, financial construct .
    3. Delivery Assurance:
      • Co- ordinate and manage the current projects in conjunction with Offshore Delivery teams and ensure delivery excellence.
    4. Industry Conferences and Events:
      • Represent the company at industry conferences, trade shows, and events.
      • Network with existing and potential clients, as well as industry peers.
    5. Communication
      • Provide periodic updates to review the challenges, actions and mitigation plans with both the Client and Evoke Executive leadership teams.
    6. Travel
      • Do periodic and planned onsite visits to understand the meetings and nurture the relationship (50% travel the expected)

    Requirements:

    • Strong background in IT services Industry and sales
    • Proven experience as an Account Manager or Client Relationship Manager / Account Manager or in a similar client-facing role, preferably in the IT services industry.
    • Demonstrated ability to build and maintain strong client relationships.
    • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to interact effectively with clients and internal teams at all levels including C level suite.
    • Strong business acumen and understanding of sales principles and practices.
    • Strategic thinking and problem-solving abilities.
    • Results-driven mindset with a focus on achieving and exceeding targets.
    • Willingness to travel as needed.
    • IT project manager or Delivery or technical experience is a plus.
