Responsibilities:

 Develop and maintain inventory management procedures and policies to ensure accurate and

efficient inventory control.

 Oversee the entire inventory lifecycle, including receiving, storage, tracking, and distribution.

 Monitor inventory levels and implement strategies to optimize stock levels while minimizing

excess or obsolete inventory.

 Conduct regular cycle counts to ensure accuracy and reconcile any discrepancies.

 Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including purchasing, production, and sales, to forecast

and plan inventory requirements.

 Utilize inventory management software to track and analyze inventory data, generate reports,

and identify trends or issues.

 Implement and maintain effective inventory control measures to prevent loss, theft, or damage.

 Coordinate with suppliers and vendors to ensure timely and accurate delivery of inventory.

 Work cross-functionally, with warehouse, accounting and other departments.

 Stay updated on industry best practices and emerging trends in inventory management.

Qualifications:

 Experience with Prophet 21 software

 Bachelor’s degree in accounting, business administration, or a related field.

 Knowledge of pumps and rotating equipment strongly preferred

 Three plus years of proven experience in inventory management, preferably in a technology or

manufacturing environment.

 Strong analytical skills and the ability to interpret and analyze complex data sets.

 Proficiency in inventory management software and knowledge of Microsoft Excel.

 Excellent organizational and problem-solving abilities.

 Strong attention to detail and accuracy.

 Effective communication and interpersonal skills.

Job Type: Full-time

Salary: $65,000.00 - $70,000.00 per year
