Client Technologies Manager improves desktop hardware and software processes and supports critical business strategies by managing the development, installation, vendor selection, maintenance and repair of desktop equipment. Typically reports to a head of a unit/department. The Client Technologies Manager typically manages through subordinate managers and professionals in larger groups of moderate complexity. Client Services & Dispatch Representative

  • The Client Services & Dispatch Representative is responsible for managing the life of a client ticket for service or repair. The role encompasses a range of duties including project coordination to support the Client Services Department, customers, and colleagues. This individual will be responsible for supporting actions such as dispatching technicians, ordering parts, communicating with stakeholders, and verification of work completed.

    ROLE RESPONSIBILITIES:

    • Call intake including the dispatching, follow-up, status updates, and resolution coordination of all service calls.
    • Dispatching and scheduling technicians with the proper understanding of travel time required and approximate on-site time required by technicians to complete the task.
    • Processing technician requests related to calls in a timely manner with verification to technician that request has been processed; including but not limited to call status updates, customer quotes, material ordering, and specific client requests.
    • Updating and maintaining call status within 2 business days of scheduled service date passing, with event notes outlining relevant information that is accurate & correct.

    REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS:

    • 1 year or more in call center, customer service, or another relevant environment that showcases computer use, customer oriented environment, and exceptional communication needs.
    • Established experience with MS office products.
    • Proven ability to prioritize tasks in a high volume environment.
    • Proven ability to communicate with empathy to customers who expect a sense of urgency from a service provider.
    • Ability to work on location for training, and hybrid after training, and meet the physical demands and working conditions listed below
    • GED or High School Diploma

    PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS:

    • Experience in a b2b service environment.
    • Extensive experience with MS Excel.
    • Proof of continued education: Certifications, Associates/ , etc.

    • Must be able to effectively communicate, (ie see, hear, speak and write clearly) in order to communicate with colleagues and/or customers; manual dexterity required for occasional reaching, lifting of light office objects, and operating office equipment

    • The office is clean, orderly, properly lighted and ventilated. Noise levels are considered low to moderate
