We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Commercial Manager to join our team.
Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement strategies to drive sales growth and achieve revenue targets
- Monitor market trends and competitor activities to identify business opportunities
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop marketing campaigns and promotional activities
- Maintain strong relationships with key clients and negotiate contracts as necessary. Assist with handling and routing sales leads.
- Manage client relationships, identifying opportunities for new contracts.
- Assist with creation, production and proofing of sales support documents, presentations and related website content.
- Monitor and respond to customer inquiries, comments, and messages across social media platforms.
Experience:
- 3-5 years proven working experience in a commercial function with measurable results
- Experience managing social media platforms including Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn
- Strong time management skills with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively
- Excellent organizational abilities with attention to detail
- Previous experience in food, food safety, agriculture is preferred
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills for building relationships with clients and colleagues
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Detail-oriented with a strong eye for accuracy and consistency
