Our newest team member will receive hands-on training from experienced members of our Sales Team to understand the full scope of the position.
Once mastery is displayed, there will be opportunities for further training and advancement.
An Entry Level Telecommunications Sales Associate Will :
Work directly with client customers to answer questions, ease concerns, overcome objections, and close sales when necessary
Master all client product and service knowledge to educate customers
Be trained by experienced members of the Sales Team to be able to master the entry-level aspect of the role
Attend daily team meetings and training sessions to consistently stay up to speed
Work closely with other Entry Level Telecommunications Sales Representatives to achieve sales goals
