Client Services Representative (Banking), Sr. jobs in Connecticut
Client Services Representative (Banking), Sr. acts as the customer's go-to banking resource to deliver in-branch services, referrals, and product information, resulting in enhanced satisfaction and broadened customer relationships. Identifies customer needs and uses current knowledge of all bank products and services to explain, promote, and cross-sell products and services. Being a Client Services Representative (Banking), Sr. processes basic branch service transactions and refers customers to the right resource to facilitate other banking requests. Provides research and solutions to account issues, answers to customer inquiries, and education and training on banking self-service technology. Additionally, Client Services Representative (Banking), Sr. requires a high school diploma. Typically reports to a supervisor. The Client Services Representative (Banking), Sr. works independently within established procedures associated with the specific job function. Has gained proficiency in multiple competencies relevant to the job. To be a Client Services Representative (Banking), Sr. typically requires 3-5 years of related experience. Client Services Representative
Bolton Veterinary Hospital is a fast-paced, general and emergency practice with over 20 veterinarians on staff and a support team of over 100! We are proudly privately owned, and have been in operation since 1953.
We are currently looking for dedicated and hardworking client service professionals. Our ideal candidate will have a background in veterinary medicine and working in a high-volume call environment.
This position consists of phone shifts, working at the discharge and reception desks, and with reception at our Corner Clinic.
About this job:
- This is a full time position and will include a weekend day. As we are a 24/7 hospital, working two holidays a year is required for this role (with holiday pay & holiday rates!)
- $19-$28/hour depending on years of experience, technical skills and abilities, licensure/certification status
- 5 days, 7-8 hour shifts
- Shift times:12 PM - 8 PM
1 PM - 9 PM
2 PM - 10 PM*Currently hiring for 2 open spots
Expected hours: 36 – 40 per week
Requirements:What we are looking for:
- At least one year of experience in veterinary medicine
- Strong communication skills
- Ability to multi-task
- Strong attention to detail
- Weekend day required
