The Client Services Specialist is accountable for facilitating positive interaction with American Century’s internal and external clients by providing transactional and service excellence. This individual interprets and completes a variety of sophisticated client requests, including account establishment for multiple registration types and financial and non-financial transactions. In this role, you’ll spend up to 12 weeks in training learning more complex transactions. Your performance results will be measured and evaluated throughout the life of the role.
