Job Responsibilities:
· Provide the best level of service to our clients and sales agents, assisting all product and order requests.
· Support clients and sales agents over phone and email on product orders, pricing and availability inquiries, basic technical support and troubleshooting.
· Process orders accurately and efficiently in Macola ERP system.
· Locate and delegate stock.
· Promote quarterly sales promos.
· Coordinate with the Sales, Finance, and Logistics departments to ensure orders ship out on time.
· Update job and product knowledge by participating in educational and technical training opportunities.
· Special projects as needed.
