You will be working with existing clients to maximise sales through inbound/outbound calls, and call planning. Full in-depth training is provided, as well as day-to-day on-the-job training with the Sales Office Manager.
You will need to listen actively, understand, and support clients with any queries, from receipt right through to resolution. In role you’ll be supported by our training team and mentors, to ensure you have all of the knowledge and skills required.
