Client Services Director directs and oversees the implementation operations of an organization. Oversees a team responsible for installing and deploying technical systems, software, hardware, or solutions. Being an Client Services Director implements policies and creates procedures to ensure consistency and high-quality work. Ensures that the timelines, planning, scoping, and cost estimates support successful projects that meet the needs of the client organization. Additionally, Client Services Director tracks implementation timeliness and client issues and develops solutions to implementation problems or challenges. Develops team skills and expertise with coaching and training activities. Requires a bachelor's degree in area of technical specialty. Typically reports to senior management. The Client Services Director manages a departmental sub-function within a broader departmental function. Creates functional strategies and specific objectives for the sub-function and develops budgets/policies/procedures to support the functional infrastructure. To be an Client Services Director typically requires 5+ years of managerial experience. Deep knowledge of the managed sub-function and solid knowledge of the overall departmental function.     The Client Services Administrator helps with day-to-day tasks within the Client Services team. The Client Services team is responsible for all communications to the QuickBox client base. As part of the team, you will be responsible for communicating with employees both within QuickBox and with our clients. This is a Full-Time position; hours vary due to the business needs.

    Requirements


    Essential Duties & Job Functions:

    1. Administratively support Client Services Director and/or team with client paperwork 
    2. Generate/Review and Distribute critical internal/external facing reports critical to decision making process.
    3. Work and resolve service tickets submitted by QuickBox Clients based on the impact on the business.
    4. Provide excellent service and maintain client satisfaction through critical problem solving and decision-making skills.
    5. Scan and email official correspondence from Government and Private entities.
    6. Answer inbound calls from clients and customers. 
    7. Other duties as required and assigned.


    Job Qualifications Mandatory:

    1. High school diploma or GED.
    2. Quick/Critical Thinker with the ability to think on their own.
    3. Proficient using the Microsoft Office Suite (Microsoft Word, Microsoft Excel, Outlook, One Note, etc.) with a minimum of 5 years of experience.
    4. Works well in Team environments.
    5. Willing to contribute ideas and feedback.
    6. Ability to learn on the go and pickup processes while in flight.
    7. Dependable and Punctual.
    8. Ability to clearly communicate with all levels of employees.
    9. Extremely organized but able to adapt at will.


    Preferred Qualifications:

    1. Bachelor’s degree, associate or equivalent work experience preferred.
    2. Experience with Customer Relationship Management (CRM) software preferred.


    Work Environment:

    1. This is a Wayne, NJ based position operating out of a Warehouse environment
    • Warehouse Environmental Conditions are as follows:

         * Moderate noise level in the work environment.     * The work environment is indoors.     * Warehouse temperatures may vary depending on outside temperatures.

    Physical Demands:

    • Sight: Must be able to see well enough to read product lot numbers and expiration dates, read reports, and use a computer.
    • Hearing: Must be able to hear well enough to communicate in person or via technology, and to hear warning signals of forklifts and warehouse equipment.
    • Standing: Must be able to stand for shift duration.
    • Walking: Must be able to walk without assistance to perform job duties.
    • Mobility: Must be able to be mobile to operate warehouse machinery.
    • Sitting: Must be able to sit for shift duration.
    • Stooping / Kneeling: Must be able to stoop or kneel for short periods.
    • Lifting: Must be able to lift 30 lbs. – 50 lbs.
    • Hand Mobility: Must be able to have mobility in hands to open and seal packaging, utilize keyboard functions, and utilize phone systems.
