Client Services Director directs and oversees the implementation operations of an organization. Oversees a team responsible for installing and deploying technical systems, software, hardware, or solutions. Being an Client Services Director implements policies and creates procedures to ensure consistency and high-quality work. Ensures that the timelines, planning, scoping, and cost estimates support successful projects that meet the needs of the client organization. Additionally, Client Services Director tracks implementation timeliness and client issues and develops solutions to implementation problems or challenges. Develops team skills and expertise with coaching and training activities. Requires a bachelor's degree in area of technical specialty. Typically reports to senior management. The Client Services Director manages a departmental sub-function within a broader departmental function. Creates functional strategies and specific objectives for the sub-function and develops budgets/policies/procedures to support the functional infrastructure. To be an Client Services Director typically requires 5+ years of managerial experience. Deep knowledge of the managed sub-function and solid knowledge of the overall departmental function.     The Client Services Manager will:

    • Provide superior customer service and quality home care
    • Focus on managing coordination of client services and emergent scheduling issues
    • Manage your Client Services Manager caseload while proactively growing it
    • Build lasting relationships with clients, referral sources, payors and community organizations
    • Develop strong, communicative relationships with the team
    • Maintain effective fiscal management of your caseload by monitoring metrics
    • Client Services Managers will partner with Clinical Managers to provide supervision and support to field employees

    Qualifications for a Client Services Manager:

    • Bachelor degree is preferred.
    • Prior medical office or home care experience preferred
    • Prior supervisory experience a plus
    • Demonstrated record of successfully taking on increased responsibility (goal achievement)
    • Ambition to grow and advance beyond current position
    • Strong computer skills required (electronic medical record)
    • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
