ELO CPA’s & Advisors is growing our Client Accounting Services (CAS) program. Our CAS team has expertise in QuickBooks, bookkeeping, payroll, financial reporting, quarterly, and year-end tax preparation & budgeting. ELO can efficiently and effectively work with clients for everything from training to providing day-to-day accounting support.

The mission of a Client Accounting Services Associate is to work directly with clients to guide their business success throughout all aspects of their accounting operations. Duties may vary depending on individual client needs.

Typical day in the life:

• Reconcile and monitor the accuracy of various balance sheet accounts
• Prepare and assist accountants with the year-end process
• Review statements from vendors and correspond with vendors in connection with their accounts
• Process payroll including review and entry of into payroll system, process federal and state tax deposits, and file payroll returns
• Comfortable working with and for clients while working through the needs of the position
• Ability to work more hours during the annual tax season: January thru April 15th

What will get you noticed:

• Bachelor’s degree in accounting, business, or related field
• 1 – 3 years of experience in transactional accounting and bookkeeping activities
• Highly proficient in technology and computerized accounting, communication, and data systems
• Strong understanding of accounting and bookkeeping best practices
• Commitment to flexibility in an always-changing profession.
• Open and honest communication with the ability to execute written and oral presentation skills.
