Client Services Director directs and oversees the implementation operations of an organization. Oversees a team responsible for installing and deploying technical systems, software, hardware, or solutions. Being an Client Services Director implements policies and creates procedures to ensure consistency and high-quality work. Ensures that the timelines, planning, scoping, and cost estimates support successful projects that meet the needs of the client organization. Additionally, Client Services Director tracks implementation timeliness and client issues and develops solutions to implementation problems or challenges. Develops team skills and expertise with coaching and training activities. Requires a bachelor's degree in area of technical specialty. Typically reports to senior management. The Client Services Director manages a departmental sub-function within a broader departmental function. Creates functional strategies and specific objectives for the sub-function and develops budgets/policies/procedures to support the functional infrastructure. To be an Client Services Director typically requires 5+ years of managerial experience. Deep knowledge of the managed sub-function and solid knowledge of the overall departmental function. We work with a diverse client base of aircraft owners/operators and users, including unmanned aircraft systems, aviation/aerospace manufacturers, airport owners and operators.

    As a Client Representative, you will play a vital role in our business interacting with customers and partners. Key responsibilities include assisting with the management of individual service needs while delivering best-in-class service. This position requires you to execute each task with precise attention to detail and accuracy.

    Responsibilities include, but are not limited to:

    • Handle specific inbound/outbound communication (voice and email) from customers and business partners.
    • Provide administrative assistance as needed (maintain databases, handle ordering, research, etc.)
    • Verify and check insurance policies and associated documentation to ensure they reflect accurately the coverages chosen by each individual client.
    • Problem solving and decision-making skills to resolve customer inquiries.
    • Maintain and update customer-related information systems and files to ensure that our records are accurate and up-to-date.
    • Ability to juggle multiple clients and maintain a positive attitude when/if priorities change at a moment’s notice.

    Minimum Qualifications

    • Post high school education or college classes (4-year degree preferred)
    • Experience in an administrative or customer service position
    • Excellent Computer Skills
    • Ability to work with MS Word, Excel, Outlook, One Note and Adobe Acrobat
    • Effective time management and self-accountability
    • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
