Client Services Director directs and oversees the implementation operations of an organization. Oversees a team responsible for installing and deploying technical systems, software, hardware, or solutions. Being an Client Services Director implements policies and creates procedures to ensure consistency and high-quality work. Ensures that the timelines, planning, scoping, and cost estimates support successful projects that meet the needs of the client organization. Additionally, Client Services Director tracks implementation timeliness and client issues and develops solutions to implementation problems or challenges. Develops team skills and expertise with coaching and training activities. Requires a bachelor's degree in area of technical specialty. Typically reports to senior management. The Client Services Director manages a departmental sub-function within a broader departmental function. Creates functional strategies and specific objectives for the sub-function and develops budgets/policies/procedures to support the functional infrastructure.   • Job Summary
    The Client Services Coordinator is responsible for monitoring vehicle flow for assigned client accounts, supporting operations that ensure timely routing of vehicles, and accurately servicing client accounts.
    Primary Objectives
    • Timely, accurate, and complete report generation, inventory control, data entry, and resolution of discrepancies related to vehicle inventory.
    • Support and participation in continuous improvement and quality management programs and initiatives.
    • Effective communication and collaboration with internal and external clients.
    Duties and Responsibilities
    • Print, monitor, and process aging, status, inventory, and other operational reports.
    • Enter, process, and update vehicle status data and monitor vehicle flow from arrival at terminal to carrier shipment.
    • Receive and process client Original Equipment Manager (OEM) requests and vessel information ensuring systems reflect accurate and timely data.
    • Coordinate with multiple departments to ensure that vehicles are processed in a timely manner consistent with contractual obligations and client expectations.
    • Review, audit, and generate reports to ensure that data housed in operations management systems is accurate and complete.
    • Research and resolve or escalate discrepancies.
    • Maintain compliance with ISO requirements and execute related goals as necessary.
    • Monitor shipping and carrier processes to ensure timely movement of vehicles through the supply chain.
    • Serve as the primary point of contact for clients, answering questions, resolving discrepancies, and engaging with the operations group.
    • Other duties as assigned.
    QUALIFICATIONS

    Required Education
    • High school diploma or equivalent (HSED) required
    Preferred Education
    • Associate Degree or related college coursework preferred
    Required Work Experience
    • 2 years’ experience in a Client Services or related position
    Required Knowledge, Skills and Abilities
    • Demonstrated proficiency with Microsoft Office products at the following levels:
    • Word, Outlook: Basic level of skill
    • Excel: Intermediate level of skill
    • Proficient with ten key by touch and typing speed of 35 WPM
    • Ability to communicate clearly with excellent verbal, written, and listening skills
    • Ability to work as an individual contributor and as a valued participant in a team based environment
    • Excellent customer service skills with the ability to develop effective professional relationships.
    • Attention to detail with a high degree of accuracy with data entry
