Client Services Director directs and oversees the implementation operations of an organization. Oversees a team responsible for installing and deploying technical systems, software, hardware, or solutions. Being an Client Services Director implements policies and creates procedures to ensure consistency and high-quality work. Ensures that the timelines, planning, scoping, and cost estimates support successful projects that meet the needs of the client organization. Additionally, Client Services Director tracks implementation timeliness and client issues and develops solutions to implementation problems or challenges. We are seeking a highly detail-oriented and organized individual to join our team as a Client Service Assistant. The ideal candidate will demonstrate our core values each day with our team and clients (humble, hard-working, trustworthy, client-centered, servants heart). The primary responsibilities of this position include:
· Preparing and completing paperwork, including working side-by-side with clients and advisors
· Following up and completing tasks identified by advisors from review meetings with clients
· Providing accurate information to callers/clients based on our established procedures
· Adhering to and reporting appropriately for compliance-related activities
· Updating client files
· Using systems/technology established in the office
· Assisting with administrative tasks, including greeting walk-ins, answering the phone, opening/closing the office as needed, completing research activities as assigned, participating in iWealth events (summer picnic, iShred event, etc.), printing/imaging/copying as needed, as well as other tasks as assigned.
The successful candidate will have a high level of confidentiality and demonstrate good computer skills. Experience working with complex forms and paperwork is preferred, but not required. This person must be able to problem-solve and demonstrate a high level of follow-up and completion of tasks, and attention to detail.
