Client Services Director directs and oversees the implementation operations of an organization. Oversees a team responsible for installing and deploying technical systems, software, hardware, or solutions. Summary:
The Director of Client Services at Veterans Place of Washington Boulevard is the individual with primary responsibility for day-to-day management of all programmatic activities of the organization. This includes overall responsibility for ensuring effective management of the Veteran Resource Center, Workforce Development Program and Transitional Housing Program. In overseeing the management and development of these programs and their respective staff members, the Director of Client Services ensures that all program activities remain aligned with the organization's mission and remain well-positioned to continue to meet the needs of the local homeless veteran community. Additional responsibilities of the Director of Client Services include serving as a senior liaison between Veterans Place and outside community partners such as the Veterans Administration and the Department of Labor. The Director of Client Services is also responsible for ensuring the day-today operations of the programs meet CARF standards. The Director of Client Services also provides management and oversight for volunteer activities at Veterans Place.
