Client Services Director directs and oversees the implementation operations of an organization. Oversees a team responsible for installing and deploying technical systems, software, hardware, or solutions. Being an Client Services Director implements policies and creates procedures to ensure consistency and high-quality work. Ensures that the timelines, planning, scoping, and cost estimates support successful projects that meet the needs of the client organization. Additionally, Client Services Director tracks implementation timeliness and client issues and develops solutions to implementation problems or challenges. Develops team skills and expertise with coaching and training activities. Requires a bachelor's degree in area of technical specialty. Typically reports to senior management. The Client Services Director manages a departmental sub-function within a broader departmental function. Creates functional strategies and specific objectives for the sub-function and develops budgets/policies/procedures to support the functional infrastructure. To be an Client Services Director typically requires 5+ years of managerial experience. Deep knowledge of the managed sub-function and solid knowledge of the overall departmental function.     REPORTS TO: Director of Nursing Services

    SALARY: $90,000

    The Assistant Director of Nursing Services (ADNS) provides support to the Director of Nursing Services (DNS) related to planning, organizing, developing, and directing the overall operation of Nursing Services in accordance with current federal, state, and local regulations. The ADNS ensures that the care needs of patients and residents within the facility are met in a competent, safe, and consistent manner.

    • Assists with oversight of the day-to-day operations of the nursing function within the facility in accordance with established budgetary guidelines.
    • Helps to oversee the development and ongoing review/management of the plan of care through direct communication with Charge Nurses, Registered Nurses, Licensed Vocational Nurses, and, Licensed Practical Nurses and ensures that all care provided is completed within the appropriate scope of practice.
    • Reports significant observations and/or concerns to the Director of Nursing Services, Facility Administrator, and/or Medical Director as necessary.
    • Actively participates in facility surveys (inspections) by partnering with Quality Assurance staff.
    • Serves on various facility committees as requested/assigned.
    • Maintains safe and appropriate staffing levels within the nursing unit(s).
    • Ensures appropriate documentation is maintained such as charts, reports, and other related records.
    • Actively participates in meaningful patient and resident rounding.
    • Ensures the comfort of patients and residents.
    • Serves as a liaison between patients/residents, family, and physicians regarding their healthcare issues and escalates concerns to the Director of Nursing Services when necessary.
    • Assists with the execution of other related management duties including, but not limited to hiring, training, developing, coaching/corrective action, and completing performance evaluations.
    • Other duties as assigned.
    • Must be a graduate of an accredited School of Nursing.
    • Must possess a current Registered Nurse license for the state of hire.
    • Must possess a current Basic Life Support (BLS) certification.
    • Must have the ability to read, write and follow oral and written directions at a level necessary to accomplish this job.
    • Must have the ability to relate positively and favorably to residents and families and to work cooperatively with the other associates.
    • Must maintain regular attendance.
    • Must meet all local health regulations and pass post-employment physical exam, if required. This requirement also includes drug screening, criminal background investigation, and reference inquiry.
    • Must be able to communicate verbally in a positive and professional manner.
    • Must be capable of performing the essential job functions of this job, with or without reasonable accommodation.

    Physical and Sensory requirements (with or without the aid of mechanical devices): Walking, reaching, bending, lifting, grasping, fine-hand coordination, pushing and pulling; ability to communicate with residents; ability to distinguish smells and temperatures; ability to read and write; and ability to remain calm under emergency situations and while dealing with multiple tasks.
