Position Overview: We are seeking a client-facing, customer service and detail oriented Studio Director to join our team and play a pivotal role in the growth of our brand, business, and community of podcasters. The Studio Director will work closely with hosts, content creators, and other production team members to oversee all aspects of podcast production, from conceptualization to final distribution. The ideal candidate has sales experience, high energy and passionate about providing an excellent customer experience and making their time in studio their favorite time of the week!
Responsibilities:
Recording and Production:
· Organize recording sessions, ensuring proper scheduling, technical setup, and optimal audio quality.
· Direct hosts and guests during recording to capture engaging and authentic content.
· Upload recordings into workflow, adding notes and time codes for editor.
Quality Control:
· Conduct thorough quality checks on edited episodes to ensure audio quality, content accuracy, and adherence to brand standards.
Technical Proficiency:
· Stay updated with industry trends and advancements in podcasting technology and audio production techniques.
· Troubleshoot technical issues related to recording, editing, and distribution.
Qualifications:
· Highschool degree or equivalent work experience.
· Loves listening to podcasts and or hosting one yourself, networking and customer service.
· Strong organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
· Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
· Attention to detail and a commitment to delivering high-quality content.
· Self-starter and can work independently.
