Client Services Director directs and oversees the implementation operations of an organization. Oversees a team responsible for installing and deploying technical systems, software, hardware, or solutions. Being an Client Services Director implements policies and creates procedures to ensure consistency and high-quality work. Ensures that the timelines, planning, scoping, and cost estimates support successful projects that meet the needs of the client organization. Additionally, Client Services Director tracks implementation timeliness and client issues and develops solutions to implementation problems or challenges. Develops team skills and expertise with coaching and training activities. Requires a bachelor's degree in area of technical specialty. Typically reports to senior management. The Client Services Director manages a departmental sub-function within a broader departmental function. Creates functional strategies and specific objectives for the sub-function and develops budgets/policies/procedures to support the functional infrastructure. To be an Client Services Director typically requires 5+ years of managerial experience. Deep knowledge of the managed sub-function and solid knowledge of the overall departmental function.   • Role Purpose:  Co-leads the Client Success Manager (Client Information Manager) team and program to effectively manage all information delivery, support and advise our large client segment (top 25 clients)

    Principal Accountabilities:

    • Assesses resource needs to ensure client satisfaction through information advising and on time delivery across all information services (NPA, NSP, DDD, Xponent PT, Xponent PD, LAAD, OneKey, Channel and Specialty Services etc.)
    • Ensures CIM team is performing at optimal levels by implementing and sustaining the IQVIA’s Commercial Delivery Hub data governance and change management programs
    • Engages with IQVIA product management, data management development and stat services regularly to provide client feedback on IQVIA information offering situations in order to develop recommendations or resolutions for clients
    • Develops, revises and implements all critical client success and CIM programs, including information advising, data governance, project management, change and enhancement management
    • Collaborates with IQVIA commercial services consultants, technology consultants, account and
    • solution sales teams to ensure client information needs and requirements are appropriately understood and executed for various programs and projects
    • Mentors CIMs through active participation, presence, engagement as well as demonstrating what success looks like
    • Visits with all major clients to ensure CIM strategy is being implemented and the client(s) are delighted with their IQVIA support and information advising

    Education, Experience, & Specialized Knowledge:

    • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent and a minimum of ten (10) years related work experience with five (5) years of management experience in a customer facing role
    • Knowledge of the concepts, practices, and procedures of a client facing organization
    • Knowledge of IQVIA products and applications
    • Experience developing and managing people
    • Pharmaceutical experience preferred

    Additional Requirements:

    • Business acumen (knowledge of the pharmaceutical industry, including the applications for IQVIA data and services).
    • Change management/process analysis skills (e.g. business process re-engineering).
    • Strong problem solving and communication skills, including ability to train/present and deal tactfully with clients
    • Project management and matrix management experience in overseeing or contributing in complex, multi-discipline projects
    • Managerial skills, including a strong focus on team building and coaching
    • Knowledge of IQVIA databases, systems, services and applications

    The potential base pay range for this role, when annualized, is $127,100.00 - $247,100.00. The actual base pay offered may vary based on a number of factors including job-related qualifications such as knowledge, skills, education, and experience; location; and/or schedule (full or part-time). Dependent on the position offered, incentive plans, bonuses, and/or other forms of compensation may be offered, in addition to a range of health and welfare and/or other benefits.
