Client Services Director directs and oversees the implementation operations of an organization. Oversees a team responsible for installing and deploying technical systems, software, hardware, or solutions. Being an Client Services Director implements policies and creates procedures to ensure consistency and high-quality work. Ensures that the timelines, planning, scoping, and cost estimates support successful projects that meet the needs of the client organization. Additionally, Client Services Director tracks implementation timeliness and client issues and develops solutions to implementation problems or challenges. Develops team skills and expertise with coaching and training activities. Requires a bachelor's degree in area of technical specialty. Typically reports to senior management. The Client Services Director manages a departmental sub-function within a broader departmental function. Creates functional strategies and specific objectives for the sub-function and develops budgets/policies/procedures to support the functional infrastructure. To be an Client Services Director typically requires 5+ years of managerial experience. Deep knowledge of the managed sub-function and solid knowledge of the overall departmental function.   • Job Overview:  The Client Services Coordinator will work directly with the Sr. Director of Client Services to provide high level support and service to all PSL Holders.
     
    Responsibilities/Functions: The primary responsibilities of the Coordinator, Client Services include, but are not limited to, the following:
     
    • Provide service excellence to all guests and fans with a primary focus on PSL Holders on a year-round basis
    • Heavy phone, email and chat coverage to ensure best in class customer service to PSL holders as well as fans reaching out
    • Track and ensure that all client information is updated and accurate within SalesForce
    • Oversee game day and event day responsibilities and provide leadership to service staff; regularly evaluate progress, performance, effective use of materials, energy, capital, and assets daily, weekly, and monthly to determine productivity and address issues as needed
    • Assist in the creation and implementation of retention forecasting and tracking program as well the implementation and execution of all PSL initiatives throughout the calendar year
    • Actively communicate, inform and assist PSL holders with any pertinent information regarding their accounts, experiences and activity throughout the year
    • Collaborate with all New York Giants and Stadium departments regarding fan-facing initiatives and procedures to ensure service excellence on a year-round basis
    • Perform game day and all other duties as assigned
     
    Qualifications:
     
    • A four-year college degree in Business, Sales, Service, Hospitality or Marketing, or another related field
    • Minimum of one (1) year of customer service experience in sports marketing, ticket office, hospitality industry, promotions and events or related industry
    • Understands and provides superior customer service
    • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
    • Exceptional interpersonal communication is essential
    • The ability to work independently and demonstrate innovation and initiative
    • A strong work ethic and the ability to thrive in a deadline driven environment
    • The ability and desire to work long and flexible hours, including evenings, weekends, and holidays
    • Proficiency in MS Office products (Word, Excel, Access and Outlook)
