• Own the client services and maintenance activity in North America
• Ensure the profitability of our maintenance and services activity
• Ensure a high level of service and customer satisfaction by being the key point of contact for our clients
• Provide performance and financial reporting to the regional Managing Director
• Oversee contract management with Customers and with sub-contractors
• Manage North America Maintenance teams, including Atlanta-based Maintenance Engineers and remote Maintenance Technician team based at customer site
• Hire maintenance teams at customer sites to accompany the growth of our business in the region
• Ensure excellent performance on customer sites and ensure quality standards
• Assume a key role in setting up the maintenance processes in North America
• Execute quality maintenance practices and ensure adherence to these practices

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to build rapport among external and internal stakeholders

• An analytical mind and strong problem-solving ability
• Bachelor’s degree in engineering, or similar field, with broad knowledge in mechanical, electrical and computer engineering
• At least 7 years of experience in a similar field, including experience in team management
• Experience in planning maintenance operations
• Ability to keep track of and report on activity
