OVERVIEW:
The Client Services Coordinator will drive growth by delivering exceptional customer service to our clients and caregivers. Duties will include sourcing and staffing caregivers, developing client and caregiver relationships, and managing schedules.
RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Drive business growth through staffing caregivers to provide quality home care
- Manage coordination of care for AmeriBest Home Care clients
- Deliver exceptional and compassionate customer service and problem resolutions
- Hold caregivers accountable to service and performance expectations; administering disciplinary action where appropriate
- Source and recruit caregivers as needed to meet client service requests
- Communicate effectively with clients, caregivers, referral sources and managed care organizations
- Perform duties related to Electronic Visit Verification (EVV), including, but not limited to Call Maintenance Dashboard, Onboarding, Troubleshooting
· Verify caregiver attendance; ensure timely and accurate submission of time worked (e.g. EVV punches, Time sheets, EVV correction form)
- Accurate management of client and caregiver profiles and schedules within Electronic Health Management system (i.e. HHAeXchange)
- Identify caregiver staff development needs; works to render training and in-servicing as needed
- Complete Incident Reports immediately upon notification of incident by staff, client or other relevant party; assist with the investigation of patient and customer concerns and complaints
- Perform on-call duties and respond in accordance with job responsibilities (e.g. Staff open shifts; Communicate with clients, caregivers, referral sources; Etc.)
· Maintain knowledge of home health care principles and practices; enforce home care staff compliance with state and federal licensing laws and regulations (e.g. HIPAA)
- Be a team player with all AmeriBest departments
- Prepare reports as requested
- Perform other duties as assigned

EDUCATION:
PREFERRED EXPERIENCE:
- Associates Degree
- Prior experience working for a Home Health Care Agency
- One (1) year of experience in a healthcare organization
PHYSICAL DEMANDS:
- Regular requirement to sit; use hands to touch, handle or feel
- Occasional requirement to stand; walk and reach with hands and arms
- Occasional requirement to lift and/or move up to 10 pounds
- Vision abilities include close vision, peripheral vision, depth perception and ability to adjust focus

Pay: $19.00 - $21.00 per hour
