CLIENT CARE COORDINATOR/Administration
Looking for someone ready and WILLING to learn and grow with our company. This position is an in-office job where the main responsibility is to handle scheduling new clients via phone, email and text. Assisting clinicians when they need help in rescheduling clients, along with the following administrative tasks: scanning and uploading to patient chart in EHR, sending out termination letters to clients, checking faxes daily, sending out via mail/email/fax medical records as requested, and helping to cover other administrative roles if teammates are out of the office.
A MUST: We are looking for someone with high motivation, organized, patient, and a quick learner. We utilize an EHR as well as many dashboards and spreadsheets (in google, so being computer literate is a MUST) so the ability to multi-task and navigate through different documents is important.
Candidate must be familiar with the "insurance world" whether medical or mental health.
