    • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Programs and the ability to be trained in software that is specific to Right at Home.
    • Must demonstrate good organizational and problem-solving skills.
    • Must be welcoming and empathetic on the telephone.
    • Must have the ability to work as a part of a team as well as work independently.
    • Enjoys working with other professionals and families to solve eldercare problems - wants to make a difference!
    • Demonstrates effective organizational skills.
    • Demonstrates leadership qualities.
    • Inherently courteous and polite – kind, patient personality is a HUGE plus.
    • Takes on additional responsibilities and assignments willingly and as needed – doesn’t mind jumping in to help the rest of the staff when needed.
    • Takes pride in Right at Home and always treats Right at Home clients and employees with the highest level of respect and professionalism.
    • Must have the ability to establish good working relationships with caregivers.

    Job Requirements:

    • Handles all aspects of coordination of care for client services.
    • Collaborate with families and caregivers to facilitate care coordination.
    • Enter and maintain client files and visit records ( paper and electronic ) in a timely manner as per Right at Home Policy. ( includes data entry, filing )
    • Responsible for the integrity and accuracy of organizational documents and reports.
    • Performs / schedules initial and ongoing in-home evaluation, caregiver introductions, and supervision of services.
    • Participate in the quality assurance reviews and evaluations of the agency’s services, including follow-up with both clients and caregivers.
    • Establish and maintain client/caregiver relationships and provide the highest quality customer service.
    • Meet or exceed established sales targets.
    • Conduct orientation, training, and staff in-services.
    • Participate in job fairs, awareness days, etc., with our Community Outreach coordinator as needed.
    • Schedule shifts by matching caregiver qualifications and availability to the client’s needs.
    • Understands and adheres to established Right at Home Care policies and procedures.
    • Must be willing to provide after-hours support for Clients and Caregivers to handle emergencies, scheduling issues, and client referrals and intakes. This support includes email, telephone and/or shift reassignment ( on a rotating schedule ).
    • Must be flexible and able to deal effectively with a variety of personalities and situations.

    Office hours are 8:30-5 but we need someone who is willing to come in early or stay late when needed (This is NOT a regular occurrence, but it occasionally does happen).

    Experience in the senior care field is preferred but not required.

    Preference is given to those with direct experience as a nurse (LPN) and/or social worker in the eldercare field.

    Job Type: Full-time

    Salary: $18.00 - $23.00 per hour
