To forge and foster relationships with key decision-makers in our community, including local Hospitals, Skilled Nursing Facilities (SNFs), Assisted Living Facilities (ALFs), and Independent Living Facilities (ILFs), ultimately generating leads and closing sales for our exceptional home care services.

Your Responsibilities:

• Identify and nurture relationships with referral sources such as hospital discharge planners, case managers, and healthcare professionals.
• Deliver compelling presentations and sales meetings to showcase the value of our services.
• Work closely with our internal team to ensure a seamless experience for our clients.
• Keep meticulous records of your sales efforts and outcomes.
