GENERAL DESCRIPTION OF POSITION
Director of Client Services directs the client services section of the Agency. This department provides home care, care coordination, information and referral, personal emergency response systems and customer service. The Director of Client Services works under the direction of the Executive Director.

EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE
Broad knowledge of such fields as advanced accounting, marketing, business administration, finance, etc. Equivalent to four years of college, plus 5 years related experience and/or training, and 5 years related management experience, or equivalent combination of education and experience.
