    Your Key Responsibilities:

    Build Relationships: Meet with potential clients and family members to discuss their needs and provide solutions in the form of a care plan

    Execute Quality Assurance: Develop a cadence of quality assurance visits to assess care and condition of clients

    Lead Nurturing: Take client lead inquiries and walk them through the Home Instead process with the goal to perform a care consultation and agree on care

    Brand Ambassador: Represent Home Instead services effectively to referral providers with both individual meetings and group presentations.

    Maintain Records: Keep accurate records of client conditions, assessments, and plans to maximize health outcomes.

    Secondary Responsibilities:

    Client Connections: Conduct client and Care Professional introductions

    Community Involvement: Work with team to facilitate engagement with community events

    What You Need to Succeed:

    Educational Background: Post high school degree suggested but not required.

    Experience: Proven track record in client management and customer service; consultative sales experience a plus.

    Driving Requirement: Must possess a valid driver’s license.

    Skills for Success/Traits: Strong communication, organizational skills, professionalism, proficiency in (or willingness to learn) Microsoft Office, curiosity, positive mindset, collaborative.
