Your Key Responsibilities:
● Build Relationships: Meet with potential clients and family members to discuss their needs and provide solutions in the form of a care plan
● Execute Quality Assurance: Develop a cadence of quality assurance visits to assess care and condition of clients
● Lead Nurturing: Take client lead inquiries and walk them through the Home Instead process with the goal to perform a care consultation and agree on care
● Brand Ambassador: Represent Home Instead services effectively to referral providers with both individual meetings and group presentations.
● Maintain Records: Keep accurate records of client conditions, assessments, and plans to maximize health outcomes.
Secondary Responsibilities:
● Client Connections: Conduct client and Care Professional introductions
● Community Involvement: Work with team to facilitate engagement with community events
What You Need to Succeed:
● Educational Background: Post high school degree suggested but not required.
● Experience: Proven track record in client management and customer service; consultative sales experience a plus.
● Driving Requirement: Must possess a valid driver’s license.
