We are looking for a caring and compassionate Certified Nursing Assistant, CNA, to become a part of our team and join our mission of enhancing the lives of aging adults throughout our community. This Client Care Supervisor Role manages quality assurance with extensive one-on-one with our clients. This role is responsible for overseeing the delivery of Home Instead’s Services to the seniors we serve as well as upholding quality standards. A strong desire to work with aging adults is a must along with excellent communication and organization skills. Home Instead provides a variety of home care services that allow seniors to remain in their home and meet the challenges of aging with dignity, care and compassion.

Primary responsibilities include, but are not limited to:

· Management of the Agency's Standards and Quality of Care

· Lead and Direct a Team of other CNA’s to oversee Client care and Caregiver direction.

· Active role in the Agency's Quality Assurance Program

· Ability to treat and care for seniors and their property with dignity and respect

· Ability to communicate with clients in a friendly, caring and congenial manner

· Complete and meet the requirements of a criminal background check, motor vehicle record check, sex registry screen and drug screen

· Possess a valid driver’s license and valid auto insurance

Prefer someone with experience in senior care and management; On-call Supervisor weekend rotation every 4-7 weeks and evening work maybe necessary at times.

Certified Nursing Assistants, Licensed Practical Nurses, Registered Nurses may apply.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $36,000.00 - $40,000.00 per year
