Designs, plans, enhances, and tests all distributed systems platforms. Being a Client/Server Programmer conducts technical assessment, research, and testing of technologies as requested.     4. Establish and maintain internal and external professional relationships.
    5. Advises and mentors other developers as needed.
    6. Ability to make decisions that directly impact products and services within assigned scope.
    7. Provide technical assistance as needed.
    8. Experience with .NET framework including C#, ASP.Net Web Forms, and MVC.
    9. Experience with web languages and standards including HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and JSON.
    10. Experience with relational databases including Microsoft SQL Server and T-SQL.
    11. Demonstrates proficient reasoning and problem-solving skills.
    12. Exhibits creativity and resourcefulness when implementing solutions.
    13. Successfully manages multiple projects across various application domains.
