MAHAR is seeking a Computer Programmer to write code, create, and support data applications to operate more efficiently and meet internal and customer reporting and data needs. Work is primarily project-based, and projects tend to be long and complex.What You'll Do
- Creates custom .NET, SQL, and Crystal Reports reporting and automation.
- Provides .Net support to the Analyst as directed by management.
- Develops, implements, and maintains web-based application systems.
- Maintains web sites as requested
- Works on e-commerce projects as assigned
- Tests and debugs custom software. Documents changes and conducts roll out of custom functions as directed by management.
- Performs every step of the full life-cycle software development process for custom applications and assigned projects.
- Provides regular updates to management on project status
- Performs other duties and projects as assigned
Minimum Qualifications/Skills:
- Bachelor’s degree in related field
- 1 - 2 years of related experience
- 1 - 2 years of experience developing with MS SQL
- 1 - 2 years of experience with Visual Studio .NET (C#, VB, and ASP.NET)
Preferred Qualifications:
- 3 or more years of related experience
- 3 or more years of experience developing with MS SQL
- 3 or more years of experience with Visual Studio .NET (C#, VB, and ASP.NET)
