Description
We are currently looking for a Full Time Operations Manager to join our Lakecrest Operations Team 3 team located at the Lakecrest Hotel and Casino working 8:00AM-4:30PM - Su Mo Tu We Th.
Summary:
A new organization will be created for this position.Responsibilities:
- Manages the casino assets of shift worked
- Investigates and resolves all monetary discrepancies
- Witnesses top prize pay outs when high limit pay outs occur
- Conducts departmental audits to ensure compliance regulations are followed and concerns addressed
- Assists all casino areas with daily operations as compliance regulations require
- In a timely manner, assists in resolving customer and employee complaints not resolvable by subordinates by listening, investigating and answering questions
- Maintains confidentiality, security, and integrity of data and information
- Ensures compliance with all laws, rules, regulations, policies, procedures and guidelines for assigned work area
- Support and/or maintain a safe, secure and healthy work environment by establishing, following and enforcing standards and procedures and by complying with policies, procedures and regulations
- Conducts visual audits of facility
- Communicates potential safety or facility maintenance concern to respective management team
- Responds to safety concerns using sound judgment in addressing concerns
- Remain current on all barred individuals and take appropriate action if individual is in the facility
- Completes facility operations-focused projects as directed by senior facility management
- Participates in job candidate interviewing and selection process
- Interviews and selects job candidates
- Conducts hire, separation, and performance reviews of subordinates
