Client/Server Operations Manager plans, manages and provides work direction to mainframe and client/server operations. Establishes guidelines to monitors systems performance, and ensures applications stability through the effective use of personal computers, servers, and technical services. Being a Client/Server Operations Manager develops operational policies and procedures, and determines most efficient utilization of personnel and equipment. Requires a bachelor's degree. Additionally, Client/Server Operations Manager typically reports to top management.     RESPONSIBILITIES

    • Responsible for the direction & day-to-day supervision of all franchise employees
    • Reviews financial statements, sales & activity reports & other performance data to measure productivity & goal achievement & determine areas needing cost reduction & program improvement
    • Determines staffing requirements, advertises position, conducts interviews & hires & trains new employees or oversees these processes
    • Directs employee scheduling & dispatch of movers & drivers
    • Responsible for employee development, accountability & corrective action programs
    • Ensures compliance with all DOT regulations & FMCSA guidelines
    • Performs customer visits as needed
    • Responsible for being the “on-call” emergency contact outside of normal business hours

    REQUIREMENTS

    • Management or other relevant experience is required
    • 100% drug free
    • High school diploma or general education degree (GED) required
    • Must be willing to work Saturdays
    • Clean driving record is required
    • Excellent oral and written comprehension and communication skills
    • Demonstrated ability to lead by example to motivate, develop and direct people
    • Demonstrate ability to listen and communicate effectively, be helpful and friendly with co-workers, customers, and management
    • Ability to assess the performance of self, employees and franchise to make improvements or take corrective action
    • Strong decision making ability
    • Basic truck/vehicle knowledge required
    • Must maintain driver status qualifications with DOT certification and good driving record, must be able to drive all company moving vehicles to include moving trucks
