Additionally, Client/Server Architect is familiar with relational databases and client-server concepts. Typically reports to a manager or head of a unit/department. • Ability to coordinate design issues with corresponding constructability, schedule, and budget implications.

• Proficient skill in AutoCAD, Revit, Word and Excel.
• Physical capacity to navigate and tour construction sites.
• State License or NCARB registration required.
