QUALIFICATIONS REQUIRED:
1) Identifying the need for a modification to scope, cost, and/or schedule based upon collaboration with the contractor, supported command, designer, or other entities;
2) Enforcing all technical and administrative provisions of assigned construction contracts; 3) Providing technical solutions for unforeseen problems during construction;
4) Managing construction projects in support of clients with critical, time-sensitive missions and requirements; and
5) Ensuring communication between construction manager, contract specialists, the contractor, the project technical team, the client, and others as appropriate for construction projects.
