    Our highly esteemed organization is seeking a dynamic and dedicated Permanent Project Architect to join our vibrant Engineering team. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in project design, architecture, electronic design, and drafting platforms. As a Permanent Project Architect, you will be responsible for developing, managing, and executing all phases of multiple complex projects simultaneously. This role involves a high degree of interaction with various teams, stakeholders, and clients. Therefore, excellent communication and organizational skills are essential. If you are a licensed architect with a passion for innovation and a keen eye for detail, we would love to hear from you.

    Responsibilities:
    1. Collaborate with project teams to create and implement architectural designs from conceptualization to completion.
    2. Utilize advanced electronic design and drafting platforms to create precise and detailed architectural designs.
    3. Coordinate with engineers, designers, and other team members to ensure project goals are achieved within the set timeline and budget.
    4. Develop and present project proposals, reports, and findings to stakeholders and clients.
    5. Review and approve project designs and plans, ensuring they meet the necessary specifications and safety standards.
    6. Monitor project progress, making adjustments as needed to ensure completion on time and within budget.
    7. Work closely with clients to understand their needs and provide architectural solutions that meet their expectations.
    8. Stay updated with the latest trends and advancements in the field of architecture and incorporate them into project designs.

    Qualifications:
    1. A bachelor's or master's degree in Architecture, Engineering, or a related field.
    2. Must be a licensed architect with a minimum of 3 years of experience in project design and architecture.
    3. Proficiency in electronic design and drafting platforms like AutoCAD, SketchUp, Revit, etc.
    4. Strong project management skills, with the ability to handle multiple projects simultaneously.
    5. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to liaise effectively with team members, stakeholders, and clients.
    6. A keen eye for detail, with strong problem-solving and decision-making capabilities.
    7. A solid understanding of architectural principles and technology.
    8. A strong portfolio showcasing previous architectural designs and projects.
    9. Familiarity with building codes, safety regulations, and other industry standards.
    10. Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
