- Capability of participating in design efforts from concept design through construction administration
- Execute and enhance an architectural concept
- Develop code compliant architectural solutions
- Work with team members to articulate design principles that enhance project detailing efforts
- Collaborate with engineering disciplines to insure a consistent development of the project
- Participate in facility evaluations, assessments, engineering studies, and trouble shooting.
- Work with market segment leaders and subject matter experts to develop design solutions and strategies that respond to the client’s needs
- Provide construction administration support on an as needed basis to design and construction team
- Other duties as assigned
Requirements:- 5 years of experience preferred
- Experience in Life Sciences
- Master of Architecture
- Demonstrated proficiency in Revit, AutoCad
- Organizational skills with an attention to detail
- Strong communication skills, both oral and written
- Collaborative team member
