THE JOB:
We are looking for a detail oriented, alert and organized, technically inclined, smart, energetic and hard-working individual to pro actively engage customers through social media platforms and in person presence. The professional should be willing and ready to work in multiple functions and departments to learn, develop and grow within our start-up style business culture. Our company is growing and professional growth within the organization is available.
DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
-Detailed room resets and ensuring functionality for optimum experience for the customer.
-Watching in detail games that are going on to provide customers with the directions that they might need to move on to the next part of their challenge.
- Educating customers about our escape rooms, booking online reservations, and tailoring solutions to their needs.
- Engaging customers through social media venues: Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, etc
- Communicating with customers via phone and email support.
- Providing technical and troubleshooting support on issues that might come up and being
resourceful and forward thinking.
- Responding to customer emails by using appropriate and professional language.
-Cleaning and maintenance of facility
- Other duties as assigned.
QUALIFICATIONS:
- 3 year of customer service or sales preferred.
- Must be computer literate and able to learn required software programs such as Photoshop, Microsoft Word, Excel, etc.
- Must be at least 18 years of age.
- Able to work a flexible schedule during normal business hours, most importantly on the weekends.
