We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Design Drafter with a passion for construction to join our team. This is a full-time position that requires the candidate to have a minimum of 3 years of experience in drafting, AutoCAD, Revit, and construction. The successful candidate will be responsible for creating detailed drawings and plans that accurately depict construction projects.

Responsibilities:

• Prepare detailed drawings and plans using AutoCAD and Revit software
• Collaborate with architects, engineers, and contractors to ensure accuracy in designs
• Create 2D and 3D models of construction projects
• Review and revise drawings to ensure compliance with building codes and regulations
• Maintain accurate records and documentation of all drawings and plans
• Attend project meetings and provide input on design issues
• Work closely with project managers to ensure project timelines are met
• Communicate effectively with team members and clients to ensure project success

Qualifications:

• Minimum of 3 years of experience in drafting, AutoCAD, Revit, and construction
• Proficient in AutoCAD and Revit software
• Excellent attention to detail and ability to work independently
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet project deadlines
• Knowledge of building codes and regulations
• Ability to read and interpret blueprints and schematics
• Experience with 3D modeling software is a plus
• Bachelor's degree in Architecture, Engineering, or related field is preferred
