Client/Server Architect jobs in Cape Coral, FL

Project architect position with an established Architecture and Interior Design firm with offices in Naples, Florida. A strong background with Revit preferred and the desire to work with high end interior finishes and architectural features. Some hospitality experience would be beneficial. Our projects are centered on country clubs, yacht clubs, health and wellness clubs and high-end hospitality markets.

Here’s What You’ll Need:

• Bachelor’s Degree in Architecture
• Registered Architect (RA) or working towards registration in the State of Florida or NCARB reciprocity.
• Experience in management involving direct client contact and full responsibility for Architectural projects
• Ability to work with permit agencies through the preliminary planning and permit process
• Solid understanding of code requirements
• Understanding of vertical and horizontal building constructability and construction methods
• Management of multiple project budgets and time constraints
• Strong communications skills in English both written and oral
• Ability to produce high quality construction documents

Ideally You’ll Also Have:

• Advanced Revit skills
• Working knowledge of BIM 360
• Ability to lead a team of coworkers and consultants
