Responsibilities- Oversee the portfolio of WMS solutions
- Coaching implementation team to ensure successful project go-lives
- Own and Improve WMS Solutions by leveraging design experience in multiple verticals
- Gathering requirements, during the discovery phase.
- Understand customer operations to recommend best practices and solutions, to optimize client investment
- Lead system design and supervise configuration and testing
- Serve as an SME for support training, testing, and “go-live”
- Communicate ideas, solutions, and plans to our variety of clients (end user to executive level)
- Be our client’s trusted advisor by providing best industry practices
- Train, coach, and mentor junior team members
- Build project artifacts and collateral for future use
- QA and review system design solutions of other architects and consultants
- Troubleshoot software related issues
- Provide L2 or L3 functional support for clients and internal departments such as sales, marketing, support and professional services
