Being a Clerical Supervisor ensures compliance with established corporate standards. May require a bachelor's degree. Additionally, Clerical Supervisor typically reports to a manager or head of a unit/department. Working team member that may validate or coordinate the work of others on a support team. Suggests improvements to process, is a knowledge resource for other team members. Has no authority for staff actions. Generally has a minimum of 2 years experience as an individual contributor. Summary:
This position reports to the Lead Guest Services Manager. This position is considered a guest services ambassador and represents the Zoo when answering basic questions to the general public and as such must possess and exercise exemplary guest service skills in all interactions. Duties will include answering phones and minor clerical office assistant duties.
