Typically requires an associate degree. Additionally, Claims Quality Auditor typically reports to a supervisor or a manager. As a Quality Auditor, you will be responsible for ensuring that our products meet the highest quality standards through meticulous inspections and audits. Your expertise in quality assurance and control will play a vital role in maintaining our commitment to excellence.
Responsibilities:
- Conduct thorough inspections of products to ensure compliance with quality standards and specifications
- Perform audits of manufacturing processes to identify areas for improvement and implement corrective actions
- Utilize precision measuring instruments such as micrometers and coordinate measuring machines (CMM) to accurately measure product dimensions
- Collect and analyze data on product defects, non-conformities, and customer complaints
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and implement quality management systems
- Monitor adherence to regulations and other industry-specific quality standards
- Provide guidance and support to production teams on quality control procedures
- Fabricate samples or prototypes for testing purposes
- Document inspection results, audit findings, and corrective actions taken
Skills:
- Strong knowledge of quality assurance principles, practices, and methodologies
- Proficiency in using precision measuring instruments and equipment
- Familiarity with quality control techniques and tools
- Understanding of FDA regulations and compliance requirements
