Claims Quality Audit Supervisor supervises and coordinates daily activities of claims quality auditors. Provides assistance in developing claims audit policies and procedures. Being a Claims Quality Audit Supervisor solves day-to-day problems and monitors the results of daily staff activities, reports critical issues and problems to the management. Typically requires a bachelor's degree. Additionally, Claims Quality Audit Supervisor typically reports to a manager. The Claims Quality Audit Supervisor supervises a group of primarily para-professional level staffs. May also be a level above a supervisor within high volume administrative/ production environments. Makes day-to-day decisions within or for a group/small department. Has some authority for personnel actions. Thorough knowledge of department processes. Project Supervisor Job Summary
Project Supervisors are responsible for project set up, managing customer deliverables andteam member expectations and general supervision. Ongoing training with team to maintainconsistent work and communication with customers and employees. Project Supervisors travelto the manufacturing plants, where the parts are being made or the warehouses where the partsare being stored to supervise our teams of quality inspectors.

Essential Job Function
Project Supervisor Job Responsibilities & Duties
- Responsible for ensuring all teams within assigned location(s) are operating according to
- standards and requirements, including safety.
- Develop work instructions and train team leaders and inspectors on proper procedures
- relevant to the project.
- Manage customer relationships
- Completes required training classes
- Follows all employee policies and other duties as assigned
