We are looking for a Quality Supervisor to join our team. The Quality Supervisor will be responsible for ensuring that our products meet the highest quality standards and that our production processes are efficient and effective. The ideal candidate will have experience in the food manufacturing industry and a strong understanding of quality control principles.

Responsibilities

● Develop and implement quality control procedures to ensure that all products meet or exceed customer expectations.

● Monitor production processes to identify areas for improvement and implement corrective actions as needed.

● Train and supervise quality control personnel to ensure that they are following established procedures and protocols.

● Work with other departments to identify and resolve quality issues.

● Conduct regular audits of production processes to ensure compliance with quality standards.

● Maintain accurate records of quality control activities and prepare reports for management.

● Participate in the development of new products and processes to ensure that quality standards are met.

Qualifications

● Bachelor's degree in food science, microbiology, or a related field.

● At least 5 years of experience in quality control in the food manufacturing industry.

● Strong understanding of FDA quality control principles and practices.

● HAACP certification is a plus

● Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

● Ability to manage 10 -15 people.

● Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
