What you will be doing:

• The Claims Audit Specialist handles the processing of Co-op/MDF claims and pre-approvals, along with providing customer service (calls and emails).
• Be an expert on Co-op Advertising Policies, Procedures, and Programs
• Apply policies and procedures in a detailed, accurate, and consistent manner
• Scan and upload Pre-Approval and claim documentation, when necessary
• Enter claims into one of 360’s Platforms
• Review and process Pre-Approvals
• Review and process co-op advertising claims
• Calculate claim values using client and compliant procedures
• Be proactive in problem solving
• Review different types of advertising for compliancy
• Handle oral and written communication in a professional and timely manner, when necessary
• Maintain and exceed individual KPI’s (Key Performance Indicators), including high standards of quality.
• Participate positively in the 360 Culture and philosophy

What you’ll bring to this role:

• Experience working in a claims management role or similar
• High quality business communication skills – written and verbal
• Detailed oriented
• Ability to apply logic to grey areas
• Working knowledge of percentages
• Bilingual (French or Spanish) is an asset
