Johns Eastern is continuously growing and we are actively searching for a Liability Claims Supervisor at our Baltimore, MD area office. College degree is preferred. Prior supervisory experience is required. Qualified candidates must possess excellent communication and writing skills. This position has the opportunity for a hybrid work schedule for the right candidate.

Duties will include:

• Supervise adjusters and administrative staff
• Perform daily diary on adjusters’ claims
• Provide direction/guidance on claims
• Medicare compliance
• Ensure performance standards are exceeded

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree, or four or more years of equivalent work experience
• Legal claims adjusting experience
• Strong organizational skills with demonstrated ability to work independently and deal effectively with multiple tasks simultaneously
• Proven critical thinking skills that demonstrate analysis/judgment and sound decision making with focus on attention to details
• Excellent communication skills both verbal and written
• Great customer service skills
Computer literacy, including MS Office, Word, Excel
